Welcome to Finansify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Finansify personal finance management application ("Service").
The Service is provided by ITQ Solutions Przemysław Kukulski, ul. Doniecka 5d/4, 42-612 Tarnowskie Góry, NIP: 645-21-34-096 ("Finansify", "we", "us"), contact: support@finansify.pl .
By creating an account and using our Service, you enter into an agreement with us on the conditions described in these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Finansify is a personal finance management platform that provides:
Finansify does not connect to bank accounts and never asks for your online banking credentials. All data enters the Service either manually or through files you choose to upload - you remain in full control of what the application contains.
To use the Service you need: a device with internet access, an up-to-date version of a modern web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active email address.

Finansify offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to:
Right of withdrawal (consumers): If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, by contacting us at support@finansify.pl . Any unambiguous statement is sufficient - you may, but do not have to, use the model withdrawal form. Sending the statement before the 14-day deadline expires is sufficient to meet it. We will refund your payment without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receiving your statement, using the same means of payment you used. If you requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period expired, the refund will be reduced proportionally to the period during which the service was already provided.
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. A price change never takes effect within an already-paid period, and you may cancel before the new price applies.
You may file a complaint about the Service at any time by emailing support@finansify.pl . Please describe the issue and provide the email address associated with your account.
We will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt. If you are a consumer, you may also use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including those offered by the Polish Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) and consumer ombudsmen. A list of certified dispute resolution bodies is available at the EU Consumer Redress portal.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Finansify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your data remains yours. You retain all rights to the financial data you input into the Service, and you can export or delete it at any time. Rules on how we process data - including anonymized, aggregated statistics - are described in our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies is available in our Cookie Policy.
Finansify is a tool that helps you organize and understand your finances. The insights, reports and AI-generated content it provides are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We are not a financial institution or a licensed advisor.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these Terms. Except in cases of serious violations (such as unlawful activity or attacks on the Service), we will first notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy the violation.
We may modify these Terms for valid reasons, such as changes in law, new features, or security requirements. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate your account before the effective date; changes do not affect rights already acquired.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and any disputes may be brought before the courts competent under generally applicable law.
